What are your opening times?

Hiikuss Hair Studio is closed on Sunday and Monday, and is open Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 7pm.

Do you have online booking?

Online booking is available, so you can view current availability and book a suitable time without calling.  Book online HERE.

How do I book a consultation?

«

We offer free consultations which can be booked by calling 0207 701 6478. During your consultation, we can discuss your hair goals, your current routine, and the best next steps for your hair.

Which services do you offer?

Hiikuss Hair Studio offers a wide menu including hair cuts and styling, hair colour services, natural hair services, braids and protective styling, weaves and extensions, relaxers and texturisers, thermal smoothing, silk press, and treatments such as moisture, protein, restorative mask, and dry and itchy scalp relief options

Will I need a patch test before my colour?

«

If you are new to colour, have not had colour in the last six months or longer, are new to the salon or are looking for a dramatic colour change you will need a quick allergy alert test 48 hours before your colour appointment. You will also need to book in for a strand test which takes approximately 15 minutes. Our reception team can advise you.

What is your cancellation policy?

The best approach is to cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot attend, so the appointment time can be offered to another client. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Thank you.

Is there parking near the salon?

Yes, there is convenient parking available nearby, including on-street parking in the surrounding Camberwell area. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods to find a space.

What should I do if I’m running late?

If you’re running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases your service time may need to be adjusted to avoid delays for other clients.
